Olbermann addresses the Military Commissions Act in a special comment

Olbermann has been turning heads as of late to his commentaries on the death of habeas corpus which has been plastered all over the net.

Rather than posting snippets of this article as I usually do I am just going to post the link here in all it's entirety.
It seems rather unorthodox for a news anchor of Olbermann's stature to go out on a limb like this to lay out such an eruditive 'special comment' ...sincerely hoping that it concerns everyone on this board.

Actually I don't think he will.

As the War Commisions Act is a clear sign of the US now officially being a police state, I think we can expect to see more of the same coming from high profile individuals like Olbermann.

I thought that this was just an article, turns out it was AIRED LIVE on MSNBC (I'm as shocked as anybody could be in light of this), and I just got the clip c/o youtube, ergo:
