IS IT REALLY MOTHER'S DAY?!?! OMG. I was not aware of this hallmark holliday today... I should get my mom some stereotypical flowers and card...

Here's a better idea, give your mom a hug everyday... Why should we broadcast the ONE day that you are supposed to show your mom you care? This refers to any of those glorified non holiday holidays like Father's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.

well u don't have to get her anything stereotypical, u can be creative ya know =)

my sisters and i got her a pan set thingy, she's needed some for a while....
it's the kind where the red spot in the middle disappears once the "proper cooking temperature has been reached" =P
