Snow Days
So, seeing as my car is surrounded by snow, it is snowing heavily and the roads haven't really been cleared, I am calling a snow day. I can't get a hold of anyone from work, but I'm assuming that that's because no one's at the office either. Not to mention there is some power outages here as well ANNNND there is an accident on the second narrows. Yah, I'm not going anywhere. Anyone else not bearing the snow and staying at home relaxing?

I woke up at 3 am cause I thought I would just "take my time" going to work since I live in abbotsford and work in chilliwack but the whether was just the same outside.... So then I called the cab because my company is providing free taxi's to all employee's even to abbotsford to chilliwack and even the taxi cab company said "were not going to be able to do it it is just way to dangerous out there". The thing right now is that there is still snow on the ground and its getting colder... going to turn into ice.... but ya I am at home right now...

No one is in the office.... and there is no way I will be getting there in a timely manner... so yeah... it's not happening, I looked at my car... it would take me an hour to clear the snow away and then another hour to drive...

i was in a car accident and haven't worked for two years. i'm staying on the north shore.

Lucky, my mom and sister are at home but dad and I had to come to work. I was told to go back to bed at like 7 when we usualy leave then at 7:50 dad woke me up and said we were going to work. Made me quite sad.
