Decided since im sitting here doing absolutely nothing and still not able to drive to the grocery store, to make fresh blueberry muffins for something warm to eat!

i found some blueberries i had sitting in my freezer and i had some muffin mix sitting in my storage closet for such a long time so i put them together and oh my god goodness!

i was thinking of doing some baking too, provided i have all the right stuff (i go from scratch. mix = yuck).

kat, i'll probably be doing some christmas baking nearer to christmas. treats for girls night! :)

well i didn't have all the right stuff since i couldn't even get to the grocery store.

understandable :) i think i was just spoiled as a child with my mums baking. she would never use mix for anything, and so i find things made with mix to not be that good (whether it's muffins, pancakes, whatever), which is why i don't use them.

not being able to go to the grocery store would suck though. but at least you have muffins!

yeah. im on a hill and the snow is still like a foot deep.
im hoping the sun will stay out all day and continue to melt it all away.
