My votes:

1. Direct Connect (private hubs) - the best thing to happen to the internet!
2. Soulseek (mixed share) - I still have more than 150 buddies in my list there
3. Bit Torrent (private trackers) - not bad...doesn't come close to DC tho
4. Edonkey, eMule & Co. - I hardly use it anymore...might uninstall soon
5. One-Click-Filehoster (Rapidshare, Yousendit, etc.) - occiasionally, yup.

where is azureus or bit comet?

those two are the best for sure, bit comet espicially since you can select the files you want to download/ignore.

I have this so called fastweb Italian connection which is 20 megabits, but I didnt get why I am firewalled all the time, I can only use emule adunanza, which is made for my stupid connection. I can't use the normal emule, bitorrent or any other p2p.
I haven't tried direct connect yet.
