I went to dinner with my g/f for my 21st birthday party and went to Graceland (Palladium for you kiddies) to meet up with my friends who were already there.

Well little did I know she invited her new b/f to the event and proceeds to party with him and leave shortly.

I got really hammered shortly afterwards.

Yeah suuuuuuure everyone's up for a big party weekend - then when my bday actually rolls around everyone is "too tired", "too hungover" or "too broke" to celebrate. So, last year I had a BBQ at my house, which turned out pretty decent.

I'm the same way with my birthday being after halloween, so I know how annoying it is.

Everyone always says they'll come out and party and do something, but then it comes around to it and they realize when it is and most people drop out.

Though I did have a good birthday this year (I was ridiculously drunk, i watched naked ladies and I wore a tiara. hah)

It's ok. I was going for the most inquisitive tool, and i won.

i got good karma that explained to me, "he got the bike early"
