Just so there is no confusion in this thread. When you think the Red Wings you think Yzerman. When you think of the Avs you think of Sakic. When you think of Washington you think Ovenchkin.

So when you think of the Canucks. What player or players do you think are the face of the Canucks now.

My pick was Naslund for the last 3 years but this year ain't so sure.

don't get me wrong, i like him. in fact, i was waiting for 3 years for him to get traded to vancouver. unfortunatly, it is 3 years too late to make vancouver a stanley cup contender.

if luongo stays with vancouver for many years, helps rebuilt the team, and wins a stanley cup or 2 for vancouver (yeah right!), then ya he would be on my list too.

Totally agree. Luongo is still too new to be considered the face of the Canucks.

The only reason I said Luongo right now and I said for the CURRENT canucks, is because there was so much debate about him and his contract and such and everyone comments on his play after every game.

you'd actually see nice 3 on 2 rush goals n shit.. straddling the blue line, passin across then back into the slot for the shot.
