I dunno man, I find bacon fatty enough to begin with.
I don't like foods that taste like I'm eating solidified oil. Which of course is what deep fryers are all about. It's not like I'm a vegetarian or anything.. but I'll take the southern BBQ style at Memphis Blues over anything out of a frier.
