myspace...password scams

I almost got caught with one of these.

Several bulletins directing me to look at someone's profile...then the myspace "you must be logged in" page comes up...but it's not really myspace. The adress bar says www.profleligin.info I've heard oif this before, I think it's called phishing? Someone's collecting emails and passwords.

Clay, I got that phony bulletin from you so it looks like your account has been hit for sure.

also dont do the santaclauscard.com thing from hotmail accounts... sure fire way of fucking up your browser and computer.

I noticed those bulletin's i didn't post and changed my password right away.

Yeah, I posted a bulletin yesterday warning my friends to change their passwords- and then I proceeded to change my myspace and hotmail passwords. Better safe than sorry.
