stay away from them.

do everything online... research your way and your vacation will be better (and cheaper) in the long run :)

I agree with Tim.

My travel agent is stellar and saved me a lot more money (and time) than if I did the research myself.

I have a flight voucher so I have to go through an agent. Besides i've pretty much researched my trip to death so I know the prices and where but I would just feel more comfortable going through an agent.
