I go from sitting at a computer and writing out stuff all day to spending most of my time in a classroom training people I'll also be coordinating and training all existing employees/managers on number portability when it comes in (that's what my power point was on!) yaaay.

Myra! -- Very cool stuff. I work with people like yourself everyday as it directly ties into the objectives of my position. -- I over see our global recruitment efforts and two things that are part of that are 1.) candidate experience and 2.) hiring manager experience. -- To keep both of those positive involves candidate on-boarding, training and from an interview process perspective, I'm actually researching hiring manager training right now. :-)
