COPS vs. 'To Serve and Protect' on TV
I left the TV in my office on and COPS is now on.
WOW. Do people actually sit down, turn this on and watch this? I thought the Canadian version is lame because they rarely pull out the guns but some of the people on COPS is unreal. quote from lady: "I own that trailer! It's mine and I live there! I paid for it in full!" Lady supposedly gets into an arguement with her stepdad, picks up a butter knife, throws it at him and he gets cut. With a butter knife!! Unreal! So now she gets charged for assault with a weapon. :haha: |

Some of the stuff going on would make me cry in tears and I'd probably break a rib laughing if I saw this episode while on shrooms.
Guy gets caught for vandalizing a building with graffiti. His excuse "I'm an American sssss-sitizen... I do what I want." :haha: |

Lady has a whole bunch of meth, crack and 2 pipesin her bag, the cops put it all on the hood of the car, they get her back and say
Cop: "Do you know what this is?" Her:"I've never seen that before" Cop:"You have no idea what this is? Don't lie to me." Her:"I've never seen that stuff before." Cop:"How did it get in your purse?" Her:"Some one must have put it there? I have no idea what that is." UN-real. |

i am not a lawyer nor does my post consitute legal advice:
question 1: "am i under arrest?" if blue-gun thug says "no" then ask question 2: "am i being detained?" if blue-gun thug says "no" you may politely inform him/her you have no further interest in dealing with them and walk away. if blue gun-thug says "yes" to any of the above questions promply inform him/her that you wish to retain and instruct counsel without delay and say not a word after. your lawyer will take care of things from there. if blue-gun thug wants to see something in your possesion or in your vehicle question 1: "do you have a warrant?" if blue-gun thug says "no" you may refuse the search. blue-gun thugs may not search you or your property unless you are under arrest or you give consent. we live in an increasingly oppressive police state and i suggest you learn what fundamental rights and freedoms you actually have left. |

to serve and protect is a joke.
i swear. it's more comedy than anything. did you notice in the intro to the show they play footage of a cop chasing a fucking skunk? when i try to describe our police to my friends here, that's my example. the cops here are scary business. i won't fuck around here like i do in van, that's for sure. |

To serve and protect.... i accually made a guest apperance on this show... i must have been about 17, after a night of i drinking and causin ruckas, i found myself rolling joints in a apartment in burnaby. My friends cousin , "steve ellane" is one of those really rowdy drunks who smells bad, very abnoxious, rude, and iggnorant... you know the type right? Well he starts throwing chairs and coffee tables around the living room, looking for a fight because he is too drunk and likes to fight a after drinks... Anyways i remember this guy named "Tiny" who was there... He must have been 300lbs, built like a brick shithouse. He beat steave up so bad, that steve started crying and crawled into the bathroom and locked the door where he proceeded to screem and cry. At this point im like "wow this is messed up", and right then there was a knock at the door and the door swung open and there was about 3 or 4 cops with a tv camera guy filming the whole deal. I guess someone filed a noise complaint after all the comotion. Right then steve the drunk points at me and says "that guy has 3 oz of weed in his nap sack"... My jaw droped and i could not beleve that he just said what he did. The cops surround me and my bag and seize my weed on the spot. That prick steve (who i really dont like) ratted me out just because he got his ask kicked and he wantedr us all to suffer. i remember him slaming the door closed on the TV camera guy, who seemed to stay in the hallway for the most part. Long story short, i got let go and ended up seeing Steve again later that night at a skytrain station where he demanded a fight because he lost his hat and he must have figured that me or hiis cousin shawn stole it. We ended up beating the tar out of him again then fleeing the scene on the skytrain... It will be a night i always remember...

I wish they showed the other 90% of their footage, people gettin away.
It's always that same asshole on those chase shows sayin' "He made the mistake, of thinking he could get away, FROM THE LAW !" Like fuck off, they never show the one where the cop bails on his face and the dude gets away. Make a cops bloopers, that I would watch. Oh yeah, to serve n protect is straight up zzzzzzzzzz's. |
