Now that's just ridiculous!
It's "lost" cargo! The article cited the situation explicitly: beachcombers! NOT ship raiders. NOT invaders. NOT thieves. NOT pirates. Finders, keepers. And pulling that described lot of rubbish in from the sea, I'd be surprised if any of it was worth keeping anyway, being salted and all... I mean, it's pretty subjective. After all, archeologists don't consider themselves "grave robbers"... Frosty (would carry home booty)

all of the cargo was in containers.. and people were bustin them open... on the news it showed people leaving the beach with friggen motorcycles!!!! they also said they were concerned with the amount of litter being left by the opened crates or whatever .. i think theyre just pissed people are taking that shit for free!! lol
