Her daughters life is not going to be better without her mother, i mean different yes and wont have her mom there doing outrageous things, but how good will it be for her daughter to only know what tabloids say, and what family says. As a teen girl she wont know what to believe, she herself could go on a downwards spiral. I am hoping not, but this will all effect her even with her mom not around

I agree. He's a lawyer so he knows how to manipulate the law to his advantage. I mean, if he REALLY was the father, he wouldn't CARE if the other guy wanted a paternity test. And I find it kind of convenient that he's MIA since her death. I mean, her public life has always been a drama-fest but it's become sad and dangerous ever since this Howard K. Stern fellow started hanging around...

Arthur asserted she doesn't want custody of the baby.
"I don't want possession of her, I want to know if she's in a safe place," she said. "I want them to do a DNA test and I want her to be put with her father."
She also shot down any suggestion that she's interested in the millions of dollars Daniellynn could inherit.
"The money has nothing to do with that baby," Arthur said. "If Howard wants the money, give him the money. Just give us the baby."
Stern Vowed to Keep Arthur Away From Daniellynn

As for Stern, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight reporter Mark Steines, he said Daniellynn is the only thing keeping him alive.
"If it wasn't for Daniellynn … it's the only reason why I'm here," Stern said. "[Arthur is] trying to get the baby … [i] despise that woman … as long as I have one breath left in my body … that woman will not see Daniellynn."



Stern is pure scum, he's got some really bad karma coming his way.

I watched a bit of Larry King last night, and it had a friend of Anna Nicole's on there. Stating that Howard has had Anna drugged up for months.

It was a painful interview to watch because the woman had the intelligence of a tape worm, but she got her point across.
