help: take our kitten

storm, black, 10 months old, litter trained, needs a lot of affection and neither of us have time to give it so he is acting out and neither me or my roommate have time for it. he is normally quite a good cat when you give him attention and VERY cute.

if we don't find someone to take him by today he is going in to the spca.
