after april 1st, i will be moving downstairs to work on field support with techs. better shift, sat/sun off, and they leave the lights off so i can work in the dark. God bless them and finally. NO MORE SCREAMING CUSTOMERS OR DEALING WITH SHIT I DIDNT CAUSE!

the best thing about working with techs...are they're just stupid, yet rarely get pissed off.

At least that was the case with HP techs.
