And they looked upon the plan...
and they saw that it was good.
So I've decided that for fiscal reasons that I'll never be able to turn enough tricks on the corner to afford my Commercial Chopper License. Although it's my dream to get paid to fly I realize that it's not going to happen.
After hours of reflection at work on Graveyard Shifts I've decided that I can do the next best thing. Aircraft Maintenance. Instead of flying and breaking things I'll spend my time fixing things and bitching about ungreatful Pilots.
My Application to Centennial College is going in tomorrow. Hoping to get into the Aircraft Maintenance Program in September.
Damn this 25yr Birthday looming to get me into hyper mode for getting my Career up to where I should have been by now.
I may not make the $170,000 a year wrenching on Jets, but at least it'd be something I love and I can still make decent coin when I get on with an Airline. Thank god for my extensive network of Aviation Friends to assist in that venture.
All in all, except for a couple small issues... I'm feeling pretty fucking good about now. :)
