Well, i work for a webhosting company, i can give ya some rough guesses.
your domain registration will cost ya pretty much anywhere from 10$ -30$ depending on the registrar, you probably want one that has phone support, because some are little shit companies that have bad support, i work for a company you can register domains through at netnation.com to get your website online u can do a few things... find a friend who can get you free dns/webhosting, or you can pay a hosting company to host the site. or you can always just do a redirection and redirect the domain names IP to another site, if you have a free site some where else. my company does free domain cloaking, so u cant even see that the domain name changes during redirection, its like 50bucks a year i think. but im sure u can find cheaper ones, check around or try to find some one with a dedicated server, and their own name servers or something, saves ya cash.
