Party bylaws

I'm wondering if some of you fine people could help me out. I'm considering doing a report on the effect that our current bylaws have on the smaller rave scene in the lower mainland. Can anyone give me tips on where to go to access our bylaws and such?

Well I looked at the City of Vancouver web site and didn't find much very useful info. However you could probably start there by sending them an email. Also you can call city hall and or go there and ask all kinds of questions.
