work out.. not cardio stuff, but reps.
after all, muscle weighs 30% more than fat. contrary to popular belief, eating more food doesn't necessarily make you gain more weight. if you're naturally skinny, you probably have a high metabolism, meaning the more you eat, the higher your metabolism will be. you could also try having one of those nutritional shakes/drinks. try the plus calories ones... but to be truthful, my best advice for you is to just be yourself and love your body for what it is. a lot of people who try to change their body style end up in yoyo cycles or just end up being unhealthy. but if you're really serious about gaining weight, talk to your doctor. I'm sure he/she will give better advice than any f&ker... --Joanne :P |

creatine is fucking gay
workout and take in alot of protein... but don't do a shit load of reps to gain weight. that will just make you tone.. heavy weights low reps lots of set you'll gain weight this way.. i gained between 5-10pounds doing this when i worked out but i lost it because of school :Peenutt: |

Sammy, I've lived this struggle all my life. I have been the same weight for about 5 years now. I've tried soo much crap. I thought that a 3-4 McDonalds meals a day would work.(I worked there) NOPE!!! Tried the whole healthy routine. Eating lots of protein and whatnot. NOPE!!! We just have to accept the fact that we're skinny. Hey, at least we're not fat.

I agree with Joanne on this. You should go see a doctor really lol. :p
But if you want to gain weight, work out with heavy weights, and lots of protein. I had this really skinny friend who got amazingly built (and hot lol). He worked out, and ate pounds of beef, and stuff. |
