Tofu has got to be the most tasteless food on the face of the earth. Not bitter, not bad, just tasteless. As a result it can be mixed with just about any type of sauce or seasoning to be made to taste good.

Teriaki Tofu and Tofu Spaghetti are the only real ways I can eat it save Miso.
