169 pounds!!! Hell Yeah!!!
Yessssss!!!!!!!!!
I finally dropped below 170!! Tired of being, well, a huge fat ass! I decided to try the no-sugar, no-carbs thing. i went from 205 in feb. down to 169 today! Anybody trying to shed a couple pounds in time for summer should give it a look, as my odds of being harpooned are finally minimal!!! Woo-ha!!! Greg |

I'm not exactly sure what I did to lose weight. But from grade 8 to now.. which is around 3 years, I've lost a considerable amount of weight. I think I just skipped meals... but isn't that a bad thing? blah Either way, I'm gonna start going to the gym... again lol. |

greg c, congrats on your patience.... i wouldn't have the will to give up carbs, they are my friend.. especially under times of stress. or rag :P
but yeah, but.. i mean do you intend to not eat carbs for the rest of your life? cuz as much as i'm amazed by your persistance, carbs aren't the enemy. |

omg...nat u're only 101.. u need to gain some weight!
my weights been goin up and down.. and after a big crash down im tryin to gain some weight rite now. my friend is a national karate dude and hes been on that no carbs diet for like 2 years. PROPS! and it does work too! |

WOW!! I"m impressed that you stuck to it for so long. Doing the same diet but I'm getting slower results. I LOVE MY CARBS!!! lol THe whole bread thing is hard but I've learned to master it. CONGRATULATIONS!!!! :) From one dieter to another, YOU DESERVE the success. :)
