rude people on the phone

at my job i have to answer calls from people and the odd time i get some one who is absolutely crazy irate. i used to be defensive and tell them to mind their language or i would terminate the call, but i've found a much better game called phonePLUR. the more irate and rude the customer is, the more bubbely and happy i am. it really makes them even more irate as you can tell they are trying to set me off. i am just sure that i do not sound too fake, but instead like i got laid 5 times the night before and nothing could ruin my day.
