This came from a Rig Manager for Global Marine Drilling in St. Johns, Newfoundland. They actually have to divert the path of these things away from the rig by towing them with ships!

In this particular case the water was calm, & the sun was almost directly overhead so that the diver was able to get into the water and click this pic. Clear water huh?!

They estimated the weight at 300,000,000 tons. Now we know why they say one picture is worth 1000 words.

And now we also know why the Titanic sank!

This is just awe inspiring.

and the titanic didn't sink because of the size of the ice berg it hit.
it sunk because it tried to stear away from it. and the ice berg slashed its side numerous times filling alot of places with water..

they proved that it wouldn't have sunk if they just smashed it head on.. mind you there would be damage and it would take on water but only one area would fill with water instead of alot of them.

but it was fliped upside down...so you only see a lil bit of it stickin out !! and the supprise was under neath lol !!!!
