i was almost killed tonight because some guy driving a big chevy truck towing a trailer full of dirt was running from the cops
yes.. i had to go off the road and ya.. fuck that guy..

what am i supposed to do now??
will icbc cover that shit??

i didnt get a great look at it until this morning

theres a big dent on the bottom of the door
and my bumper is all cracked and shit
and my back hurts

^^^^ do it. I know tons of ppl that got hella cash for no injuries. if your back hurts now there's a possibility of it really hurting down the line. If it doesn't good for u anyway

icbc WILL cover the damages to your car.. and possibly you if you can prove that its the trucks fault that your hurt.

but they will cover the damage. my friend and I were driving one day and this truck kicked up this metal plate in the road and it was flying towards us but luckily it hit the bumper... so when we looked it was stuck in the bumper.. if it hit hte glass it would've went through... and ICBC covered it.

IMO if you call tornados or lightening or earthquakes an act of God, then you should be able to call getting run off the road an act of God as well.
