yes the crunch was DISTURBING..i had my friend holding my hand the whole time..thank god. i hate it how u get u're piercing done..and when they "finish off" they tell u what just happened blah blha blah.. she explained a bit more than i needed to know.. bloood. ew. bear told me the rook's pain level is actually up there...IM SO GLAD I GOT IT OVER WITH. its alllll worth it.

yeeah i just got my labret pierced.. it didnt hurt at all
ill tell you what did hurt though... rinsing my mouth out with like extra strength mouth wash for 2 fucking minutes!! to tell you the truth, i think i took the first 3 layers of skin off my mouth but yeah.. i really like it :D

caitlin...use witch hazel...so much more better. or sea salt. it doesn't sting. you can leave witch hazel on your labret too. i did with mine and it's full healed now.
infection...use a warm sea-salt bath to draw out the infection. putting a camomile tea bag to it might soothe the swelling as well.
