Tha night before when I am just about to go to sleep and I know I'm waking up early for somethin good or if I want to wake up early then I have no prob wit it. But when I gotta wake up early for shit like work or something I really don't wanna get up early for, then theres a 50/50 chance I might or might not get up..........mostly because of tha chronic.

Recently I had to part with my best friend, my soulmate of sorts for years...and that was caffiene. I have learned to really get awake and alert without it, which is something I thought I could never do.
I always make sure I eat some breakfast and take my vitamins eeeevery morning. I also like to make sure I do things like go to a different bus stop so I have to walk a little futher...it really gets me energized :) |

sometimes when im bored tired i cant smoke cuz it makes me more tired....but most of the time have a smoke and coffee and im good.....bored tired is shitty....sometimes i go for a run or job around the track or listen to loud music and clean even tho i hate cleaning.....or i make a hyper friend come over and go ape shit...that keeps me going.....but sex is #1

like most of y'all said sex is #1. but it depends for me. sex in the mornin wakes me up. sex at nite makes me sleepy. but if thats not available and i have to wake up early the next day then i try to wake up as early as possible cuz everytime i wake up early i have lots and lots of energy (iduno why) but if i sleep in and i have to rush to do everything in the mornin i'll be tierd for the rest of the day. and im just blabin on and on. :smoke1:

3 things (not necessarily in this order):
1. Coffee - 3 sugar, no cream 2. Breakfast - Eggs, toast, bacon, cereal, orange juice (gotta hit as many food groups as possible) 3. Newspaper/TV News - Have to keep up on current events. I enjoy this over at least an hour of 'wake-up and face the world' time. If I don't get this I am an extremely grumpy person to be around. |
