I need your help to ID this track

It's a recent grad song that they played on a teenage movie or when those 'Saved by the Bell' kids finally graduated.

It sounds somewhat like Pachelbel's Canon, I know I'm being vague but it's drving me nuts trying to think of the words and/or the title.

I'll give an F&K sticker to the person who comes up with the info! :)

K I downloaded that song Pachelbel's cannon and it sounds like Vitamin C-Graduation(Friends Forever). hmm if that's not it can u describe it in any other way???
