i dont work very often, thats whut a gap year is for, relaxing! if i host an new apartment open house i get 18.50 an hour, or if i go into the office i might make 10-14 hr depends though. i got the hook up on babysitting though i get between 60-80 for like 5-6 hrs if i feel like doing it and ussually i just have friends over and chill...umm ya im lazy.... when i get my license to be a realtor this year i should make some nice cash...

I'm 18, i've been dancing for most of my life. The hip hop I taught was pretty simple because most of the people had never danced before. I stopped because it was for ages 11-18 and I prefer teaching younger children like 3-10 and also hip hop isn't my favorite style of dancing, I would much rather be teaching jazz or ballet or tap. :)

I believe that the details on ones income either hourly/yearly.

I won't go into great detail but I am salaried + commission with full benefits and three weeks paid holidays + stats which is kewl. My company treats its employees very well.

I agree with some points made in this thread though... it is very important not to focus on how much one is making more so ensure that you enjoy and are happy with your job. If you can find a job that you are passionate about or that is allowing you to work within your passion, then the money will come... no question!

I work in this industry of job hunting and stuff (more in the IT/Technology side though) and are negotiating things like pay/salaries daily. Money is the last thing we look at.

I used to work at OFF THE WALL, I was the third-key manager and made 8.50 an hour! It licked cuz I had so much responsibility and got paid shiet. =( I then got a job at Nike Shop and got paid the same for just being a cashier. (BTW this was even b4 minimum wage went up to like 7.40/hr) Anyway, I make 50% commission off of my haircuts, 45% from color, and 10% on retail.
