i think winston is deserving enough, indeed.

he doesn't need to passs anymore tests. he already survived a 3 hour long drive back to vancouver with me and rhianna from seattle. if he lived to tell about THAT, i don't think there's anything else that's harder to do.

administration has alot of technical stuff, like big words, and alot of naked women pictures involved, I dont think she would be too ineterested..
