darkrooms
omg....i love being in the darkroom...i'm taking this course at my school, VISUAL ARTS 2D 11...and it's the best course ever.
We are just learning how to develop film and all that stuff...and i developed my first role yesterday...most of them turned and with a few over exposed and under exposed ones.. i love being in the darkroom.....SO MUCH FUN!:D:

oooh..darkrooms...when i took photo..i loved it in there...it's kinda scary being in there urself...especially when ur pics turn out really weird...but it's all fun!

we have a ton of dark rooms here...there's one whole building for image arts and photography. i used the darkrooms here at school for the first time on friday and they were kinda crazy.i think its just cuz i'm not used to them. And the equipment is slightly different than the stuff i used back home. But it was alright...dark rooms can be fun..but they usually stress me out cuz i'm usually in a darkroom until crazy hours of the night trying to finish assignments. ohhhh the joy of photography school.

awwwwww Sammy.....
Today i selected a picture from my negatives and enlarged it...and it turned out sooooo good...i was so happy....i can't wait to do more!! The only thing frustrating to me so far is when my teacher crams like 10 students all at once doing the same thing at the same time...so there'll be like 7 pictures in the same chemical at the same time and a big crowd...and it's frustrating....but i'm sure it'll be way better with just a few in there!! I decided i'm going to develop my modelling pictures instead of paying shitloads of money for a studio to do them....i can't wait!

i dont mind paying a fee of sorts but i just wanna develop some b&w pix...

christine...i believe in yaletown, there's darkrooms you can rent out. you just have to supply your own paper.
i looke into renting a darkroom out when i was sending in my portfolio to Parsons and Ryerson.

i *heart* photography...i wish i continued to take it, and now its kickin me cuz i WANT some photography stuff in my portfolio. dark rooms are fun to work in, cuz it gives me the whole professional "im a photographer hard at work" feeelin.
