Powell is the 2nd Street north of E. Hastings and runs from Carrall to Victoria Drive

Water Street turns into Powell @ Carral then continues east towards Victoria Drive which then turns into Dundas Street.

i dont know the area. i am going to go check it out and see what it LOOKs like. if it is cute. then im gonna go for it, i really could care less about the area if it is nice. if it is ugly, then forget it...but eyah....i am also looking at others that are quite alot more than that...

yeah i got that claire. i understand its probably a bad area. i know how to read. thanks.

i said i dont care what kind of area it is, if it is CUTe. ie , if the apt building and the insides are nice, ...i really dont care. i am going to LOOK at it, not rent it on the spot.

it's probably the most notorious intraveinous drug use area in greater vancouver. it's also definately has one of the highest rates of poverty and homelessness.

you ever hear on the new about mayors needing to clean up vancouver 'east side'? this is where they're talking about. i wouldnt walk around it during daylight if i had to, not to mention after 9pm.
