NO NO NO!!! don't listen to joe when it comes to goodkind. if u want to read somthing like that then read the wheel of time series by robert jordan. goodkind is a homo who bites jordans style, he needs to come up with his own heart with the shit. besides i told u im going to hook u up with the sequal to a game of thrones.

Don Quixote is amusing, yes, but I found it incredibly repetitious. I put it down after the first couple hundred pages, not really seeing why it had been named the best novel of all time.

For lighter fantasy-fare, I suggest The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley, especially to women. It's Arthurian legend from the female-perspective, it's grand.
