I am so anal about spelling! I cringe when I see basic words spelled wrong...and what's with so many people not knowing the difference between there, their and they're?!?! agggh...don't get me started!

^--- that's just because some people get their letters mixed up while typing. I'm talking about full-blown "I didn't pay any attention in English grades 3 through 12" spelling errors.

This is probably my biggest pet peeve, or at least in the top five!

well we can but the problem is that we'll read 3 sentences, start on the 4th and be like "...what the...?..." because we've already forgotten what the first part we read said
