DECEMBER 7TH EMILY CARR NATIONAL PORTFOLIO DAY!!

i'll post more info when i copy it all down..

IS URE PORTFOLIO READY? cuz mine's not!! LMAO

im running from ubc to emily carr that day..gonna be such a busy day. if im not at ubc for the presentation i dont get the scholarship i applied for.. and if i dotn go to emily carr for portfolio day i miss my once in a lifetime experience to see wut its like.. and the scholarship will help me get into emily carr. all the events in my life are all interrelated!

hahaha good question..wut happened to it?!
damn i wish i had that portfolio day totally free so id just walk around with u guys.. and reach into my artsy soul.... but im gonna be runnin around too much =(.

if they still have the tours during xmas holidays then im still down for it. but i duno if they do or not.

my teacher said 10 would be perfect... the whole thought of PORTFOLIO DAY scares teh shits outta me. common its emily carr theres gonna be AMAZING artists in line ready for critique and they give out instant admission too..damn i wonder what those portfolios look like. im in freakin highschool all my stuff is still "ladeeda" iffy.. im not ready to present my portfolio..its crap crap crap crap crap.

i took a glance at the list of schools who are critiquing and there's A LOAD...i'll type them out tomorrow~

^ohhhh good luck girls : ) I'm rooting for ya both.. I'm really excited for people who take action in pursuing their "Career" goal. even more because we share the same interests..

I'm not counting on getting anything put together this year : ( I have a lot of things I have to think about first. Priorities are kind of scrambled for me right now, I'd like to blame it on my parents for their lack of support but I know it's only cuz they want "what's best for me" They're slowly loosening up on the idea that I'm pretty much set on an artistic career... at least for now..

I'm still indecisive, I'm afraid I'm not going to survive if I choose that direction, so I think I'll keep up with drawing until next fall, and see where it takes me. I'm gonna stick to sfu for the rest of the year, and hopefully have something that looks like a portfolio done by next fall... I think that my style has yet to develop as well, and seeing that I'm braindead in the creative department, I need that length of time to see if this is where I really want to go..

Good luck girls, if you need any input on your work or wutever, i'm always browsing the creative corner ;)

yoko! I'm down~ I'm working like 6 days a week now though.. it's insane.. blah I hate work
hey I posted up my portfolio submissions in our post in shout outs... I'd love your feedback on all of them~ and I'm hoping this portfolio day will spur me on so that I can get three more paintings done!
