^^^ most people don't dye their eyebrows because it can make you go blind if you get haircolor in your actual eye.

and even if you dyed them, they'd go by that colour whether it's right or not.

my friends license says herhair is red. she just had streaks dyed in it and she's asian so it's daaaaark brown.. hehe but it says red.
