16 oz steak. slap that mufucka on the charbroiler, rub some montreal steak spice, grill it nice on both 45 degree angles, flip over and baste the other side with bullseye honey garlic bbq sauce, check steak till its about medium rare..... awwwwww yeah!

werd just cuz of this thread i had to defrost a few steaks in the fridge for tomorrow
hahaha werd. as for the original bold... damn good shiet! i really could never tell the difference between all of em bbq sauces anyways! haha =) oh and a lil trick i've come up with to make the steak alot more tender... either punch it down with a mallet or your fist, or get a fork and punch a bunch of holes in the steak (on both sides)... when you cook it its important to have a REALLY hot cooking surface to sear the meat quickly so none of the juices escape the meat. lower the temp to medium heat and cook slowly until however you like it (wont take long at all if you've punched it down) Last edited by Moon; Nov 25, 02 at 10:36 PM. |

Yeah, whenever I make a steak I always get a fork and poke it all over at a 45 degree angle.
Shat.... I'm actually makin one right now. I'm used to stayin up till 4-5am so this is like dinner time for me. T Bone -Garlic Powder -Salt/Pepper -Steak spice -Miss Dash -BULL'z EyE! Topped off with Mushroomz cooked in a bit o butter. N' a Cold Beer on the side. Awww shat! I can't wait! :toasted: |
