disturbing dream

i had such a bad dream last nite, and its got me all shaken. IN the dream I came home and my parents were like " its all over the news, watch this" .....anyway one of my good friends had raped and killed some girl? and i just kept saying, "he wouldn't do that, he couldn't"
anyway it was really disturbing and now i feel horrible that my brain would come up with something like that about my friend..
anyone know what this may mean?
i have been hearing about alot of sad/disturbing/horific things lately, so maybe thats it.

i know how that feels. u know what u shoudl do and i know it sounds dumb.... but go get a dream book and look up the different aspects of your dream sometimes that helps make it not so scary!

anyways, dream books are a good idea. I have one if you can't find one. Although i didnt have the dream so there's things i might miss, but i'lll look up the whole friend raping and murdering thing if I can find anything that relates to it.

If you're going to use a dream book, keep in mind that they are very very general interpretations that aren't always applicable.
But they can still be fun :)

its jsut that dream books give another view... everytime i have a fraky ass dream if ulook at em the bad stuff always seems to represent you growth lol sometimes it makes u feel better, or the end of a certain part in your life.... whether they are accurate or not i hvae no idea,,, but it makes u feel better in general
