Amount of time before calling someone you've picked up??

Alright, there's the 3 day rule, which personally is kinda lame but true as well... then there's the one week rule if you wanna see how interested someone really was..

Is it cool to call someone the next day after you've picked them up at a club, mall, wherever..??

I'd wait more than the next day personally, but in most cases I really don't think when you call will make a difference. Just don't wait too long. Maybe 2 days??
