Productivity

Lets say you have a task that will require about 1 month to complete.

Would you be more productive if you tried to work as hard as your could on it, and didn't ever go out till you got it complete?

or would you be more productive if you work hard, but take days off also?

Personally i think taking days off does wonders for my productivity... When i do the same thing for too long, i tend to procrastinate a lot.. but I've partied a lot this weekend, and i can't wait for monday to come so i can hammer out all my errands and tasks i need to do

work hard and then have a few days off to relax . then get right back at it.

Its the same for work. If you work for 2 weeks straight you are going to get tired and bored and irritated. But if you have a few days off in between then its not so bad.

I agree with ol' dirty shompton. I'm much more productive with a close deadline and minimal distractions.

Thirded... I work better under pressure.

If I've got a real long amount of time to do something I tend to slack off.
