As per the team itself... you can blame the team as much as you want but ultimately in the end the person that stops the puck from going into the net is the goalie. And when you have a goalie that essentially gives an open net away or decides to see if a lines man is doing there job when the goalie should of his eye's on the puck.
Face it the team is in the same area as they were last season. They have a different goalie. So what are you implying then should the canucks get rid of the sedin's??? ohlund??? naslund??? linden??? or how about burrows or pyatt??? That would be insane. Ultimately Louongo fucked up twice... and it cost the canucks the season. plain and simple

Ya cause Luongo is the only goalie to ever give the puck away rite *insert sarcasm*.
Let's see patrick roy's done it many times, brodeur, turco, nabokov just today against detroit.
I'll use your words. Face it the goalie can't do it all. The team needs to step it up especially when the score is tied 1-1 in a game that your team pretty much has no business being in.
Here's a start get rid of the low scoring secondary or even third line scoring. Bulis seemed to flunk the test during the reg season. First round against Dallas he played alright I'll admit.
Get someone who has speed and can score regulary a top 6 forward for either the 1st line or 2nd line.
p.s: a #24 cooke forecheck would have been a very valueable asset against the bigger ducks.
