this one time, i was at a concert and philospher kings were playing, and someone threw an orange during a ballad, and the lead singer caught it and dropped it. no one threw anything else for the rest of the show.

kick the kid out for sure, but don't have security hunt him down and then toss him. hopefully the concert was in the states where everyone sues one another.
