Also, a Gatorade/Powerade before going to bed, and one when you wake up works great as well.

i just wake up and drink 4-5 cups of water

i do that a lot because I forget to prepare but it takes so damn long

As it's already been said...

Before Bed: Water Water Water Water or Gatorade.

Wake-up: Sausage McGriddle with Bacon and Cheese X 2 and a big fucking Orange Juice.

Im good now.
Went out for a good lunch. Nice steak and pasta dish. Ate some toast a while before I left. Been drinking water all day!

I was thinking of getting a slurpee in a bit here before I head downtown for White.

But I still love teh beerz!

i try to NEVER fall asleep still drunk, and I make sure I drink at least 2 glasses of water and take an advil before bed, seems to prevent them most of the time.

Chug a bottle of water before sleeping

basically drink water until you can't drink anymore.......then drink some more

the only downside is you'll have to take a piss at like 6 in the morning

i rarely have to foresight to drink water while drunk..

so i just try to drink lots of water the next day. have a sweet greesey breakfast and smoke mad chronic, take the day to sit in and rest (if its an option.. )
