i was waiting for my connecting flight in heathrow yesterday and was in the pub sitting by myslef and saw 2 guys looking for a table so i invited them to sit down, i dont really follow ufc but it was hector ramirez and his trainer, i guess they had just seperated from rampage and the two of them train together, both really nice guys i guess ramirez lost in decision to forrest. pretty interesting to chat with them
