TheBobman would like to make the following points:
1. There are free internet proxies specifically to avoid this kind of shit
2. No employer in their right mind would take action agasint an employee for procrastinating on the internet unless there is valid concern that your productivity is being noticably impacted.
3. If your employer was a stickler for this sort of issue its highly unlikely they would be relying on employees reporting each other. If productivity was being impacted enough for them to care they would have probably contacted whoever this chick might snitch on.
4. Nobody like a snitch, unless you work at a bank or some shit. All that this chick is doing is showing what a poor working relationship she has with her co-workers
5. People are capable of multi-tasking. If this chick tries to rat you out for internet usage there's utterly no way to prove you weren't doing something work related at the same time
6. Confront this person about your concern. If she figures that you know her intent it may make her reconsider ratting you out. This kinda action also looks nice to management. Remember, management would rather not have to deal with anything like this, I'm sure they'd much rather it was sorted out without their intervention.
7. TheBobman will only ever give out career vice in the 3rd person.
