Question about nokia 3590's

i just got this phone on friday and ive been searching the internet for these things and have been unsuccessful...

1. Do any of you know what the key code is to change the text like right on the front of the screen? you know where it says ROGERS AT&T? i dont mean the welcome note or the start-up message, but the message you see with the reception bar on the left and battery life on the right

2. Do any of you know where i can get FREE polyphonic ring tones? ive searched the net and have come up empty handed :(
