On the way to DNB shows in Seattle I was introduced to Rockstar before they brought it up here. I had 5 in one night along with a couple of their alcohol energy drinks. I was up all night and ended up staring at the ceiling with that irregular heart feeling. Energy drinks are filled with way too much garbage, it's the same color going down as coming out.

I think I'll stick to my tea with the occasional redbull in a mixed drink.

To be fair to the energy drinkers though, you have to factor in the guys lifestyle, age and medical history as well.

I hate to say it, but with my schedule...I have about as much redbull to successfully grind my next pot of coffee's coffee grinds with my teeth...And yes my coffee mug resembels that of a beer stein. God bless caffeine

The guy was just an idiot.

I drink one redrain (exactly the same as redbull but cheaper and tastes better) a day, in the morning instead of coffee, and while I'm sure it's not the healthiest thing in the world, I've never had freaking heart problems! Moderation and common sense, people.

yeah but im with revy on this. ive had a couple of cans before inorder to study or work and i felt jacked. its a scary feeling, alot like meth so this guy really deserved what he got at 8 cans.

look up alex tarnava's death mix somewhere in this forum... if that didn't give me a heart attack nothing will. I mean even driving to alberta last week I had 7 caffeine pills chewed a pack of blitz energy gum or whatever had 4 red bulls and a large coffee. I felt high but my heart was fine.
