WINTER IS COMING!!!

The mountains should be getting some flake-age pretty soon. But more importantly... have you guys heard of the updates whistler and cypress are getting for the olympics?!

If they're not ready for this year (and they probably won't be) then they'll be ready for next...

Cypress is getting a new lift on the other side of the mountain! This'll open up more than 10 more runs (including new black diamonds!) giving cypress veterans a new reason to get a pass this year! early bird sales are already available)

WHISTLER is getting a high speed tram connecting Wh to Blackcombe! This will probably be most beneficial to the people who work/live up there... but it'll also provide a vantage point of the mountains never available before. And I only have 2 words in store for THAT! HOT BOX!

Cypress will have a whole NEW face this year!

High level, intermediate, and expert runs only. There will also be an Olimpic size half pipe, however it won't be open to the public.

New high speed quad chair!

New state of the art snow making system!

And they are still building a new base to be opened in the 2008/2009 season.

Odd you posted that, because, just today I decided to contact Whistler about renewing my edge-card.

I usually renew at the end of each season, but, wasn't able to this time.

Now, things have changed, and I'm going to be able to hit a lot more school-day dumps!!!

So, Ma Nature? PUKE YER LOVIN' GUTS OUT, BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
