Removing stubborn stickers from plastic
I just bought a new home appliance for regular use... and on the second day of use - the CAUTION/WARNING sticker started peeling off (due to washing the parts in hot water).
Now there is an extremely sticky glue residue left on the plastic, and it annoys the hell out of me when I accidentally press my fingers on that spot and 'get stuck'. Know what I'm sayin'? Is there an effective way of removing extremely stubborn sticker leftovers? I tried using the rough surface of a sponge to scrub it off in hot water, used soap, tried all kinds of things - but nothing took the sticky shit off... :weird: |

^No choice, mate!
Go w/ Goo-Gone! Film industry staple! How can you go wrong w/ a natural citrus-based product. Smells good, too! Stay away from Goof-Off!!! That shit is so damn toxic that it's banned from use on the show, "Smallville". Plus, it _melts_ plastic. Trust me. I'm a Doctor. Frosty (heard Simple Green is carcenogenic) |
