Head to TSB Shipping in Point Roberts around 9/10am, there should be little line. It is a free service, 3$CAN per pick up and they email you when it arrives.

i think my parents pay $50 a year for our po box in blaine.
sounds steep but the ammount we save on shipping is redic. not to mention the waiting time to receive your item is much quicker or you might run into "only ships within the us"
